I am a little late to the party, but why the distaste for Gale? He I think has every right to be angry because he was always there for Katniss before the games. Me, I am more annoyed with Peeta because he got the girl that Gale liked for a much longer time and understands Katniss I think alot more. Boy, does this sound like Twlight, nooooo..... lol

Brad. The author is to blame.. She's written the love triangle. You can't blame people for picking who they think would make a better couple.

I totally disagree with Gale liking Peeta for a much longer time and understanding more about Katniss. Peeta loved Katniss since HE RISKED THE WRATH OF HIS MOTHER to toss Katniss that bread!

Katniss even tells you that Peeta SAVED HER LIFE that day! :P (You know I'm only half serious about this whole team Peta thing).
