Cliff and Stephanie, this episode made me laugh so hard. I lived in Italy for many years and am fluent in Italian. Bolognese pasta sauce is a meat-based tomato sauce (usually with hamburger) and originates from Bologna, Italy. But Cliff’s pronounciation is what made me laugh. I wouldn’t want to eat something called that either! LOL In reality, in English it is pronounced boh-luh-neez (you don’t say the G). In Italian we say boh-luhn-yezay. Very hard for non-italians. So there ya go! Now Cliff has to not only try something new, but to say it correctly too! Love your podcasts.
