In this episode of Pursuing A Balanced Life, I share my thoughts on the fact that I have not had any intentional physical activity for the past several weeks.

I share that while I’m still experiencing a great deal of margin within my schedule, I have noticed that I have been struggling with my early to bed and early to rise routine since Easter Sunday. This is something that desperately want to fix immediately so that my schedule doesn’t spin out of control.

I share how I have succesfully found some great ways to connect with my children and I’m looking for opportunities and avenues to continue to do this on a deeper level.

I share how I have allowed a little bit of anxiety about the future to creep in. However, since recording this, some cool things have happened with adding some late arrives to my podcasting A to Z course which has inpsired me that I should start as early as this week to prepare for my July Podcasting A to Z course.

I talk about an amazing opportunity that has come up with an invitation to speak and share the gspn.tv story at the BlogWorld And New Media Expo in New York in just two weeks. Details can be found at http://PodcastAnswerMan.com/bwe2011nyc. I’m also planning a meetup on Monday, May 23rd for folks in the gspn.tv community and you can get more details about that at http://ning.it/mGYrMr.

Overall, when I recorded the episode, I shared how I felt that the visibility is quite low as it relates to how far into the future of gspn.tv and Podcast Answer Man that I can see. I know that there are many successful things that I have done that I can repeart. However, I get a sense that perhaps there’s another big step on the Horizon.

Cliff...just listened to Podcast Answer Man #209, and it made me think of this episode of PABL.  You wonder "what to do next," and how will your business grow, etc.

In PAM#209, you listed a "formula" for making a great podcast--you stated, "this is what I see in podcasts and blogs that are successful." That is priceless insight--that is the 10,000 hours of experience that Gladwell talks about in Outliers.  That's what sets you apart and above and beyond everyone else who knows how to hook up equipment, set up a blog, build a feed, etc.

Have you thought about monetizing that? In my opinion, that concept...not just the what and how of podcasting, but the why, is a million dollar idea.

Two other ideas:
1. Have you thought about coaching those who want to become podcast consultants...how to set up their business?
2. Have you thought about doing more of the on-site podcast consulting (one extra day in New York for a client who needed on site consulting probably would have paid for the trip)...but synergize the demand, to do more than once over the course of a week in the same place.

Keep up the great work.

Sincerely,Mark

Mark, I really appreciate this feedback. I noticed that you started a conversation in our gspn.tv community site about this here: http://goo.gl/mk7Pp I'm about 80 emails away from Inbox Zero, but praying that I will be able to respond there soon.

Thank you SO MUCH for caring so much about my journey! It means so much to me!

Hi Cliff, for me its impossible to be passionate about exercising indoors -  hence i struggle with exercising consistently when the weather is bad. When the weather  permits I find that developing a committed exercise routine is not a problem at all.

This past winter I tried  group indoor cycling Spinning classes which were amazing  -  introducing this new type of indoor exercise when the weather is bad, I have found that  this defiantly helping bring passion into exercising indoors.

By identifying the  barriers to entry (lack of passion for exercising indoors) I have creating a solution to help with my bad weather blues.

I also try to make a commitment to having a workout partner - this helps create a sense of urgency on not fake or blowing off the workout thats been committed to and scheduled in my calender.

Empower our selves by finding a work around........

Keep up the life changing work my friend!
