I started everything using a simple device to track my steps each day.  A pedometer is pretty inexpensive.  Some of them are extremely cheap, but break easily.

I use the Sportline WA-340 pedometer


I know they had them at Dick's Sporting Goods... But if not any longer, you can get them online. It's inexpensive and VERY ACCURATE and DURABLE....

Thanks for this Cliff.  I've looked online before and was just overwhelmed with the choices!!
As of this morning I've lost 15 lbs since I focusing on my health more!! Cheesy
How does one get involved the PABL?
