Hi GSPN Fans! Here I am again with the weekly round up for you. Hopefully despite H1N1, plus all the colds and viruses that go around this time of year, you and yours have been able to stay healthy. At my house so far we’ve done pretty well – just a few colds so far, although yesterday and today I have had a sinus headache that is making me feel like “duuuuuuhhh”. There was an article in our local paper today about H1N1 increasing in our area. None of us have had the vaccine – somehow there’s like, no vaccine here in NY. Or at least not where I am – no clinics, no nothing. I even happened to be at the doctor’s yesterday getting routine blookwork results and even my doctor didn’t know when or if they’d get any vaccine. However, I did get some good news at my visit yesterday, although this good news actually is making me worried – more about that in a minute.

So, when I was at the doctor’s last week I saw one of the doctors at the practice that I don’t usually see, and besides reviewing my bloodwork, he was browsing my file. His assessment after looking at the results from the lab and looking through my file was that he proclaimed me “super fit and healthy” – LOL! Seriously though, what a blessing good health is! However, now I feel a sense of doom because I JUST KNOW Murphy’s law is going to kick in and I am surely about to come down with H1N1 or some other terrible malady or disease at any moment – right?? LOL.
