gspn.tv Weekly Round Up 12/31/09
Hi GSPN Fans! Here I am again with the weekly round up for you. Are you ready for the new year? Are you making resolutions? I don’t actually usually make New Year’s resolutions…I don’t wait for the new year – I feel like any day is a good day to try to make a change! :-P However, after the “gluttony” of the holidays, I think New Year’s Day will be a fine day to decide to go back to eating healthier, LOL! Are you as sick of Christmas cookies as I am? Well, this year I have a NEW way to try to get rid of those holiday pounds (in addition to going back to eating healthy) which I’ll tell you about in a minute but…
Right now, here’s what rolled out on the GSPN feed in the last week – go get ‘em while they’re hot:
+ denotes podcast released for Plus Members only
Biggest Loser 013 – Lasting Change
Cliff, Stephanie and Fr. Roderick discuss the finale of season 8 of the Biggest Loser US. What can we learn from the winners and from the show to bring about lasting change in our lives?

So, this year for Christmas as I mentioned in my previous post, we got the Wii! And the Wii Fit Plus! We played the Wii for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT and I was SO SORE by the end of the third day I couldn’t even do the bowling anymore – my whole body hurt too much! LOL! I don’t know why, but one of my favorite activities so far is the running on the Wii Fit Plus – I just get a kick out of “virtual running”. I think my second favorite activity from the Wii Fit Plus is the “Rhythm Kung Fu”. (For some reason my daughter and husband seem to find it quite amusing to watch me doing “kung fu”.) I’ve always had trouble sticking to exercising because well, I don’t like exercising! Anything I can do to make it fun – I’m there! That’s how I started listening to gspn.tv podcasts in the first place – to make walking more fun…and the rest is history!
What do you do to make exercising more fun? How do you plan to work off those holiday cookies? Leave a comment and tell me!
See you next week! Carole
