LOST Series Finale Party!

Stephanie and I would like to invite you to come and experience the final episode of Lost with the gspn.tv community.
 
People have traveled from as far as Belgium, German, The Netherlands, and all over the United States to experience Lost at all of our previous LOST Premiere and Season Finale parties.
 
Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of a historic occasion as we celebrate the show that will go down in hisotory as having changed the face of television entertainment, not to mention the lives of many people!
 
When: The main event will start at 5 pm on Sunday May 23rd.   We are finalizing negotiations on the location of the party.  Based upon early RSVP response, I hope to announce, within the next 2-3 weeks, that we have secured the Bistro 737 restaurant at the Hilton, Cincinnati Airport.

Venue: Bistro 737 has an amazing atmosphere and photo hardly does it justice.

Cost: The cost  of the official event will be $40/per person.  Please note that 100% of the cost of admission will go to pay for a scumptious buffet dinner including tax and gratuity. Dinner will be be served at 6pm Eastern Time.

Watching The Series Finale: As the entire restaraunt will be reserved exclusively for the gspn.tv community, we wll be able to enjoy the final episode(s) of this amazing series together on either one large screen with an HDTV Projector or with multiple HDTV’s set up in the restaurant.

Special Room Rate Secured:  We will be holding a block of rooms for both Saturday the 22nd and Sunday the 23rd for our out-of-town guests. The rooms are $99/night (excluding taxes).  If you need additional nights, either before or after these dates, I’m told the discounted rate will be extended to you as well.

A Weekend Event! We plan to make a weekend event out of this.  We have not yet come up with the details.  However, there will be a community wide event on Saturday, May 22nd.  More details on this will be provided as we get closer to the date.  It should be an amazing weekend to remember for sure!

As I mentioned above, we are finalizing the negotions of everything mentioned above.  The more people that will do an early RSVP here, the better I will feel about commiting to a contract with the restaurant on a minimum number of guests that will be attending.

Please RSVP as quickly as possible so that I may finalize the details and send our out of town guests the information neccessary so they can begin booking their rooms.

Before even typing this up, we already have seven out of town guests that have expressed their commitment to attending the event and a good number of folks in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.  This will be a weekend to remember for sure.
