In this episode, I explain what has been happening to my step count over the past few days. While I really had a lousy excuse for a few low step count days this past week, I do have a reason for why my step count will be pretty low through the end of this week.

Also in this episode, I include a little mention of my pursuit to getting back to my “early to rise” morning routine and how I’m working toward getting over my “shiny new object” syndrome so that I can get to using my iPad mini for more e-book reading.

Good job of honoring your body and giving what it needs, rest. Shiny new objects wear off after a bit.  It was funny when I first got my smart phone, at first is was so special, then it became normal.

Thank you for the update Sir.

K, bye

I like to get up early (like 5am early). I start off by listening to 15 minutes of motivating podcasting, then I try to tackle my most critical task before breakfast. Then I make breakfast for my wife and I (usually takes an hour or so for a peaceful breakfast). Then hit the office again to get critical task #2 & #3 done by 10am-ish. That's when I like to take my morning break to workout and remotivate me for the rest of the day.

Getting up early works best for me :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts in today.

@dhartzler10 Let me apologize for the delay in responding, I didn't get any email notifications of comments from October 14th through November 23rd.  I've since fixed the issue.

Thanks for sharing your routine!
