I listen to only one other daily podcast that is similar to what you are doing with PABL...it's called Walking with Larry. Here it is Ed Dale talking as he walks his dog Larry. Subject matter is "whatever he wants to talk about that day." I love it. I never ever ever miss it. The episodes may be very short (under 5 minutes) or very long (over an hour)...just depends. What I love about shows like that one and this one is that it is not "over produced." Instead, it's just like talking with a friend....natural, authentic, imperfect.
I've actually learned a whole lot more about myself and my business by listening to PABL than I have listening to many other business or success podcasts. The lessons are unplanned...you probably don't even realize what they are because clearly you are not trying to "teach" your audience something. Those lessons may be different for everyone else than they are for me.
Oh I also listen to (and pay to listen to) Morning Coach every single day by JB Glossinger. His show usually last 15 minutes but the profound impact that show makes on me lasts the whole day.
No disrespect to other daily shows out there....I don't listen to the more "traditional":daily shows not because they are "daily" afterall I'm ALWAYS listening to some talk radio or podcast daily. I don't listen because I've lost interest...they're good, they're nice, I listen every now and again but they just don't impact me in the same way, they don't speak to me, they don't challenge me. These 3 shows challenge me. I attribute it to the serendipity that occurs when someone just speaks and doesn't "produce."
@LourdesWelhaven Wow! I love this feedback. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with me Lourdes. I'm honored to have you listening and I am thrilled that it is as valuable for you to listen as it is to get out there and speak what's on my mind.
