In this episode of Pursuing A Balanced Life, I talk about how I had to walk through the pain to meet my goals for the day.
Do not EVER walk through pain (according to my trainers, orthopedics surgeons, and physical therapists). I have had 9 major orthopedic surgeries and it was the same thing every time.
When I played Football (11 Years), Baseball (5 Years), Wrestled (2 years), and Track (Shot-put 2 years) the trainers, orthopedics surgeons, and physical therapists said NEVER work through the pain. Muscle pain was OK, but not other types of pain.
