Way to go Stephanie & also Cliff! I know first hand it’s not easy. I’ve lost 65lbs in about a year and still have another 65 lbs for my ‘Ideal goal”…. not sure if I’ll ever get exactly there but I know if I aim for it I’ll do way better than some vague “I want to loose some more weight”. So keep it up and thanks for sharing your progress.
