Thank you for signing up to attend my new media webinar. I use a service called Yugma so that I’ll be alble to share my desktop with you and other participants during the session. Because I am signed up with Yugma as a Premium Member, you WILL NOT be required to set up an account with them to use their software.

However, to be able to participate fully in the session, you will want to download the Yugma Client Software. You will be prompted to download the client the first time you attempt to join one of our webinars. If you experience any issues, I’ll make myself available starting ten minutes prior to the start of the webinar, simply call into the conference bridge using the phone number below up to ten minutes before the scheduled start of the session.

Diagnostic Test
If you would like to test to see if your computer is compatible with the Yugma system, click this button to run a diagnostic test. If you run into any issues during this test, please notify me as soon as possible by emailing Cliff@gspn.tv.

Note: If you encounter an issue with the Yugma client working on your system, it is possible to participate in the webinar using the “VIEW ONLY” mode. In this mode, you will still be able to participate by talking on the telephone conference call. You will also be able to see the presenter’s desktop that is being shared as everything is being demonstrated on screen.

The benefits of using the downloaded client are that you will be able to participate in the session chat room with the presenter as well as other participants. You will also have access to any shared files that are made available during the session. There is the ability for the presenter to share controls of the conference with an attendee as wee. However, if it comes down to it, and you need to join the session in view only mode, click this button to join.
