In this third episode of the Virtual Assistant Podcast, I answer a question from Troy, in Kentucky, who wanted to know if he could hire a Virtual Assistant for a one off project rather than having a VA on a monthly retainer with a minimum number of hours like I have set up with Andrea, who is my virtual assistant.

Also, in this episode, I share an email that I had received from my friend, Joe, who is a Pastor. He asked two questions. First, as a pastor, would it be possible to hire a virtual assistant to help with project and team management in a ministry setting? If so, what are some things that he should consider? Joe's second question was about whether or not a virtual assistant could help in the life management aspects of being a pastor.

I hope that you find my answers to these questions insightful and that you will be able to apply the information here in your own pursuit of more effective delegation.
