In this episode, I share with you that you may already have experience with what it might be like to hire a virtual assistant and not even know it. I answered a call from Lee who wanted to know how to go about finding a Virtual Assistant.

The focus of this episode is answering the question of how do I decide what to delegate to my virtual assistant?

The main points I shared are:
* Start with income generating activities first.
* Delegate the things that you like the least (or hate most)
* Delegate the things you simply are not good at doing!
* Delegate the activities that take up the most of your time.

For those of you who are still in the process of trying to figure out what to delegate, I suggest taking a notebook and logging every single task that you do over the course of a few days. Then, review that list and highlight anything you believe that someone else could be trained to do for you.

Special thanks to Contemporary VA for sponsoring this podcast. This is the firm I, personally, use for my own business. I would not have had the time to produce this show without it making financial sense for me to do so. Their sponsorship has made this show possible.
