In this episode, Cliff and Erik actually spend more time talking other services than they did about Facebook and Twitter.

MemoLane.com is a site that allows you to show all the things you share online in a timeline fashion. It’s easier to show you than it is to explain. To see an example, check out Cliff and Erik’s profiles linked here:

Erik: http://memolane.com/erikjfisher

We attempted to talk abut http://hashable.com/sxsw. However, this led to a live discovery of “group texting” services. We started out talking about http://Convore.com. However, we got even more excited about http://Groupme.com. In this episode, we did set up a group called “GSPN.” However, please pay close attention to the warning that we added the beginning of the show. If you sign up for this service, your phone number WILL BE shared with EVERYONE in the group.

Erik also shared some news about Foursquare 3.0. He talked about new special categories http://goo.gl/tgbBm and the new recommendation engine http://goo.gl/w5pDR. Erik also shared why he really does not like Facebook Places as a brand manager.
