In this episode, I share an update of what's been going on this past week and how that's affected this week's weigh-in day. I share that I need to quit assuming that I'll have the extra calories to eat before I actually do the physical activity to earn those extra calories. I also set a new goal to be done with my intentional physical activity before 7am each morning.
