Update: I just want to thank those of you who had been praying for Meagan. Her fever was up and down all night last night, the lowest being 101.4 and the highest at 104.3. We just tried to keep her well hydrated and switched between acetaminophen and ibuprofen to try to keep her fever down as low as possible.
After a good night of sleep, she woke this morning at 100.9 and I just called home and she's down to 99.4. Please keep praying for her to get well very soon, that she will be able to kick what she has and that she will be able to obtain a normal body temp without medication. And of course, please pray that whatever this was won't be caught by anyone else in the family.
Thanks so much for your prayers!

I'd like to ask for your prayers for our daughter, Meagan. Yesterday she complained that her belly hurt and didn't eat lunch. Last night, at dinner, she asked if she could go lay down. When I went to check on her about five minutes later, she was sound asleep. I checked in on her a little later and she felt quite warm. Her temp was 102.7 degrees. I gave her some tylonol to help break the fever. This morning, she woke with a fever of 103.8 and we took her to the doctor.
She does not have strep and the doctors don't think she has the flu. They are thinking a stomach virus that just needs to run its course. Please lift Meagan up in prayer as well as Stephanie as she is caring for through this.
Thank You!
Cliff
