In this episode, I explain what has been happening to my step count over the past few days. While I really had a lousy excuse for a few low step count days this past week, I do have a reason for why my step count will be pretty low through the end of this week.

Also in this episode, I include a little mention of my pursuit to getting back to my “early to rise” morning routine and how I'm working toward getting over my “shiny new object” syndrome so that I can get to using my iPad mini for more e-book reading.
