The decision to charge for some of the content that we produce was not made lightly. After several months of consideration, it came down to the fact that we either needed to begin charging for some of our content or we would need to abandon podcasting so that I (Cliff) could focus my time and attention on another career to support our family.

We were simply too passionate about the content that we produce and the community, that has been built around the shows, to abandon our podcasting efforts. This is why we carefully designed the Plus Membership model. Plus Members pay a small fee of $10 per month, or a discounted rate for a full year, to gain access to every single episode of all our podcasts, plus some additional content that was designed specifically with these individuals in mind.

We recognize that there are people who may only be interested in a single podcast that we produce and have little to no interested in the benefits of being a part of the community.

It is for this reason that we have decided to make individual episodes of our Entertainment and Family podcasts available at the cost of $1 per episode.

How To Purchase Individual Episodes:

Step 1 – Click This Link – Takes you to a PayPal Donation Page

Step 2 – Enter A Donation Amount – If you are looking to purchase just one episode, you'll simply enter $1. If you are looking to purchase three individual episodes, you'll simply enter $3.

Step 3 – Log Into PayPal – If you do not have a PayPal account, look for where it says… “Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)” and click the “Continue” link.

Step 4 – Enter Reason For Donation – Once you are on “Review Your Donation” page, you'll see a link that says “Explain Reason For Donation.” Click thank link and a box will appear. Enter the Podcast Name and Episode Number(s) for the show(s) your are purchasing.

Step 5 – Click Donate Button

Step 6 – Please Wait Patiently For An Email – After you process your payment, I will receive an email from PayPal notifying me of your purchase for the individual episode(s). I process these as quickly as possibly. It can take as little as five minutes or, at most, up to 8 hours to process your request.

Why Didn't I Get The Single Episode(s) I Purchased?

In the event that you have not received an email with a link to the individual episode(s) that you have purchased within 8 hours of the purchase, here are a list of possible causes.

*Wrong Email Address: In most cases, the problem is that you may have a PayPal account that is associated with an email address that you no longer use. In this case, it is likely that the email with a link to the file has been purchased was sent to the email address that PayPal showed me when the payment came through.

If you no longer have access to that email account, please simply email [email protected] from the email that you would like the link to the file sent to and I will process that request as quickly as possible.

*Delayed Processing: It could be due to the fact that the episode that you have requested has not yet been processed and released to the Plus Feed yet. However, in the event that you have requested an episode that simply has not yet been processed, you would still receive an email from me explaining that I received your request and that a link to the file will be emailed once I've processed the file.
